Fine Days (1/?), Klaine AU

Summary: AU Blaine Anderson and Kurt Hummel are single parents in New York. A misunderstanding at their children’s school leaves them with a bad first impression of each other but for some reason, after that, life keeps crossing their paths.

Spoilers: I started writing this when season 3 ended and it’s AU, but let’s see what I end up using. You’ll be warned.
Warnings: Homophobic speech; violence; lots of love. I think that’s all for now.
Disclaimer: I wish I owned Darren Criss, at least. But no. So, yeah. I own shit.
A/N: I’m really aprehensive about this, because it’s my first Klaine fic and my first multi-chapter. I’m not very pleased with this first chapter, I think it ended up too fast and TMI and maybe a bit cliché, but I need to start posting things now or I never will. Hopefully I’ll get better! Anyway, I got the inspiration from this fic from the movie “One Fine Day” (thus the fic’s name) which I never really cared for, really. But it was on TV the other day and I had nothing better to watch and I started thinking a lot about Darren ‘cause he always sings the song in his concerts and he likes the movie too and somehow it led to daddy!klaine feelings and I’d been wanting to write a fic in this for some time now. 

I’ve only ever written original stuff and a fic for HP some years ago which was as corny as it gets, but I’m really inspired and hopefully this’ll be better! Also, I really want to explore Kurt and Blaine’s relationships with the other characters in Glee, insert Tina+Blaine friendship *snuggles*. I’m def exploring Bike Chanderson and Hummelberry later on - I’m a huge fan! Anyway, I’m rambling! Hope you enjoy! Need feedback, don’t be afraid… but refrain from being mean! I live by kindness and encourage everyone  to do the same!

It’s called the “The Box Scene”. It’s an AU where Kurt and Blaine are dating and Blaine decides to present Kurt with a promise ring made out of gum wrap on Christmas and Kurt agrees to marry him and Blaine promises to kiss him whenever and wherever Kurt wants. And they kiss in public all the time and live happily ever after.
